Essential Responsibilities:
Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to develop clientele base
Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers
Distribute product catalogs and specialty flyers to all customers
Display or demonstrate merchandise, using samples and/or catalogs, to develop customers’ product knowledge
Utilize United Auto supply’s custom CRM tool to identify opportunities and track progress
Work with Shop Owners, Parts Managers, and Service Managers to ensure the customer understands the ordering process, delivery system and what UAS has to offer
Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts
Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Attend weekly branch meetings, as well as annual company-wide sales and trade conventions
Work with product representatives to promote brands such as ACDelco, Monroe, Walker, and more
Essential Requirements:
Enthusiasm!
Valid driver’s license
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent; College education is preferred, but not essential
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage time and work independently
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
