Part Time General & CDL-B Drivers! Flexible Scheduling! Paid Weekly!

Performance Driven Workforce is currently seeking General (regular license – Class E) and CDL-B drivers for part-time driving opportunities in the Fort Myers, FL. area. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of US driving experience with a valid license and a good driving record. Flexible scheduling with AM Day shifts, PM Night shifts and ALL weekend shifts available.

Responsibilities of Drivers:

  • Drive pre-production vehicles for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier.
  • Evaluate pre-production vehicles part-time, providing feedback on durability, performance, vehicle noise abnormalities, comfort, etc.
  • Drive in small groups on designated routes for 8-10-hour shifts while performing test procedures.
  • Test drivers are not required to have any automotive technical experience.

Compensation for Drivers:

  • General drivers will earn $12.50/hr. 
  • CDL-B drivers can earn $17.50/hr., when driving qualified CDLB vehicles only.

Shifts:

  • Flexible scheduling with AM Day shifts, PM Night shifts and Weekend shifts available
  • AM Day Shift:  4:30 am – 1:00 pm or 3:00 pm (Monday – Sunday)
  • PM Night Shift:  3:00 pm – 12:00 am or 2:00 am (Monday – Friday)  2:00 pm – 10:30 pm or 12:30 am (Saturday-Sunday)
    • We operate 7 days/week however, you choose how many days per week and the shifts you’re available to work.  You are not required to be available 7 days/per week.

Job Requirements

Requirements of General Drivers:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid U.S. driver’s license (Class E)
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a written driving test, read maps and follow directions
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English)

Requirements of CDL-B Drivers:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Have a valid CDL-B driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Have an updated DOT card
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a written driving test, read maps and follow directions
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English)
