Overview

Responsibilities
Essential
- Assist warehouse/inventory control. Coordinates with their departments.
- Interfaces with other departments. Making sure all demands are met.
- Reviews, up-grades and rewrites SOP, job descriptions, bids.
- Prepares reports i.e. bids, monthly’s, evaluations.
- Inspects working areas for cleanliness and safety issues.
- Coordinates, directs and tracks training.
- Controls and tracks essential reports and files.
- Assist in the preparation of budget.

- Performs other duties as assigned or needed
- Provides pertinent information/data to manager about changing work environment.
Supervision of Others
Supervises staff by performing such duties as recommending employment status (i.e., hiring, terminating, promotions, issuing warnings, etc.), interviewing applicants, counseling, training, scheduling, resolving conflicts, coordinating with other departments, conducting associate meetings, recommending wage increases, etc.
Qualifications
Essential
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and the company marketing plan.
- 20 wpm typing.
- Detailed work and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and create solutions.

- Written and verbal communication skills.

- Word processing and spreadsheet skills.
- Sit with intermittent walking.
- Manual dexterity for such duties as stapling, collating, sorting, filing, typing, writing, etc.
- Communicate (hearing &speech) with individuals in person and by phone in a tactful and courteous manner.
- Visually read reports, computer screen, etc.
- Visually read bottles, products, batch numbers, etc.
- Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
- Strong customer relation skills for conflict situations.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for duration of shift.
- Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
