RoofCrafters Roofing LLC, is looking for a rockstar Field Supervisor to join our Jacksonville team! This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Communication with Client at the beginning of every job and throughout up to the completion of job, final walk through, collection of payment and closed with Client satisfaction. Ask for reviews.
Monitor all phases of assigned jobs and ensure proper installation in accordance with the contract
Facilitate change orders in accordance with SOP. ensure proper photos are upload
Safety; monitor safety inspection forms, employee and crew safety, accountability for self and team; re-training when guidelines are not met
Manage delivery and pick up of dump trailers
Managing product delivery and inventory product for accuracy in accordance with contract; verify product colors with client
Ensure all Quality and Installation Standards are maintained at or above expectations and in accordance with Warranty requirements
Ensure Client property is respected, protected and clean at all times. Leave it in better condition
Communicating the various Payment Options available to Client at the start of job to assist in collection
Ensure job meets the completion deadlines through urgent response to any and all issues
Quickly correct any breakdowns in the process as they arise
Continued training; identify issues with crews, communicate with direct supervisor recurring issues
Strategic thinking, complex problem solving, solution oriented
Requirements:
Previous Roofing/Construction knowledge and experience
Good driving record- Driving record will be checked through insurance company
Strong leadership skills; ability to rally and motivate your team, delegate, develop, active listener, empathetic, celebrate wins, reward and recognize
Must be familiar with various roofing systems and roofing terminology
Previous experience with a CRM or ability to learn
Computer/Technical Proficiency
Organized and detailed
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Great customer service skills
Ability to confidently utilize basic computer programs/software
Ability to multitask and attention to detail
Regular and reliable attendance
Ability to self manage and work independently with minimal supervision
