Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
  • Experience with lead nurturing and closing sales is a plus.
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to the Life Alert mission.

Job Duties:

  • Connect with qualified leads generated through TV advertising.
  • Educate potential customers about our products and services.
  • Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of Life Alert’s medical alert systems.

Compensation:

$75,000.00 – $100,000.00 Annually
