Marketing Manager – Product & Brand Management (Miami)

About the Role

The Product & Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of new products, from concept design to market launch, collaborating with cross-functional global teams including R&D, Market Research, and the Marketing Agency of Record. Also, the Product & Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the continuous development and growth of existing product categories through the planning and execution of marketing programs targeting current and new potential consumers to the category. The Product & Brand Marketing Manager is a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with strong experience in Product Management and Brand Management within the food and beverage category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product development lifecycle, taking ownership from concept ideation through to product launch and post-launch analysis.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty in target markets.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D teams to ensure products meet market needs, consumer trends, and brand standards.
  • Work with Market Research teams to gather and analyze consumer insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making throughout the product and brand management process.
  • Partner with our Marketing Agency of Record to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including packaging, advertising, digital, and in-store activation.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across regional and global teams to ensure successful product launches in key markets.
  • Monitor category and competitor trends to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth within the food sector.
  • Manage product performance metrics, including sales, market share, and profitability, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop pricing strategies in line with brand positioning and market dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on Product Management and Brand Management in the food and beverage industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end product development and launches.
  • Strong background in Market Research with the ability to interpret consumer insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional global teams, including R&D, Market Research, and Marketing Agencies.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the food category.
