Key Responsibilities:

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks

Use social media, networking, and lead-generation strategies to grow your book of business
Work full-time (40 hrs/week) in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Utilize digital tools, CRMs, and quoting platforms to streamline your sales process (training provided)
What You’ll Need:
Active Florida 2-15 License(Health, Life & Annuities) *or willingness to enroll in a certification course — we’ll help you get there!
Passion for helping others and a drive to succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-moving sales environment
Sales experience is a plus but not required
