Top 3 Skills: PLC Programming, Industrial Maintenance experience (Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings) and (Hydraulics and Pneumatics)
Managers would like to see strong Electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and PLC programming.
Overtime: 20%: May increase during shutdowns or high workloads
