Sales Professional (Long Island)

Our Regional Aflac Office is seeking a passionate, motivated, and entrepreneurial Sales professional. It is a key role with growth, resources, and trust of a well-known reputable brand. This role is centered on setting up enrollments with our existing book of accounts. This individual must be able to communicate and deliver clear insightful benefit communications to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities:

-Set up enrollments with existing accounts.

-Generate business opportunities through company leads, networking, and referrals.

-Utilize your relationship‐building skills to provide human‐centered customer service.

-Understanding how our range of product offerings can support their business and employees.

-Conduct meetings with employers in person.

-Engage and enroll interested employees in benefits plans.

Qualifications:

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to multi‐task, handle pressure and meet established sales goals.

-Comfortable with customer service and direct communication with clients.

-Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environments.

-Must have an iPad or computer to use.

-Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
