
Coordinate internal resources with vendors for execution of multiple projects.
● Manage changes to project scope, schedules and costs.
● Manage relationships with various clients, vendors and stakeholders.
● Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all clients and third-party vendors.
● Delegate project tasks based on team members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels for optimal performance.
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
● Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and specific requirements for each project.
● Meet budgetary objectives and make any necessary adjustments based on financial analysis of each project and client needs.
● Manage and oversee internal P&L for each project.
● Establish schedules and check-ins with key team members to deliver projects on time.
● Communicate with various team members throughout the entirety of the individual projects.
● Attend meetings and provide expertise for projects.
● Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with various projects.
● Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
● Manage risk by performing quality control on projects from development to completion.
● Perform reviews upon completion of each project to address areas of improvement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
