We are seeking a MOTIVATED and enthusiastic sales person to join our team at Carden Home Improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners at their front door to set up appointments so our team can quote our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting appointments for sales staff.
Collecting info such as customer names, phone numbers and addresses for appointments.
Consistently practicing door to door sales techniques to improve.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Tough skin handling rejection from homeowners and overcoming objections face to face through reasoning and product knowledge.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in sales IS NOT required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
