Job Description:
A Product Owner is part of the Product Management department. Product Management is responsible for leading the Product Team to meet business, customer and market needs. Product Management addresses the strategic and the technical strategic items and helps direct the tactical.
The Product Owner owns product backlog, prioritizing features for the best economic outcome in alignment with the strategic goals and roadmap which is established by the Product Manager if applicable.
The LKBridge Product Owner drives the evolution of integrations, primarily with EMRs, which is a critical element of LKOpera data access and interoperability supporting Healthcare Enterprise Data Management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

BASE | Represent stakeholders to Development. Drive predictable release execution with quality documentation. Streamline Bridge portfolio
GROWTH | Develop and execute improvement in process and close gaps in competitive landscape
FUTURE | Explore system models for enhanced testing, integration, and deployment of interconnected system
Key Activities:
- Interacting with client decision makers and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for all products and ensure clear communication of requirements, understanding goals and timelines.
- Performing initial product analysis to assess the need for any requested changes as well as their potential impact
- Defining and ideate product functionalities through research and break down of major requirements into actionable user stories requirements and acceptance criteria for the development teams
- Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions;
- Lead refinement and estimation meetings to ensure the Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.
- Ensure readiness to release software
- Work with other product teams to understand key workflows & interoperability across products.
- Assist in day-to-day activities related to ticket management, design and functionality
- Provide documentation and information about release planning
- Bring new features to CCB for executive approval, as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience You’ll Likely Need:
- Expertise with product management practices
- Expertise with English language and technical writing
- Experience with Agile
- Experience with healthcare IT
How to Stand Out:
- PSPO certification
- Exposure to Scrum or Systems Engineering
- Experience building an interoperability product
- Experience managing Headless and/or API-based products
- Experience in one or more customer segments: Lab, Health System, Data, Payer, EMR and/or HealthIT Vendor
- Directly applicable Product Analyst, Product Owner or Project Management experience
