We are seeking ambitious, energetic, full-time, and part-time Call Center Agent that are looking to begin or advance their career. Because we are expanding rapidly, there are multiple opportunities to move up in our organization & take on additional responsibilities as we grow.

Shifts: Monday – Friday 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. opportunities and overtime after 40 hours. 

Hourly Rate:  $17-23.00 Hr.

Customer Service Representative Essential Functions: 

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns 
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support 
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services 
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items 
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service 
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite 
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal 
  • Great active listening skills 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills 
  • A patient and empathetic attitude 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills 
  • Adaptability and flexibility 
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments 
  • Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced 
  • Computer literacy 
  • Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems 
  • In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and/or services 
  • Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, technical support, or another area 
  • Capable of solving a variety of customer service problems and supporting a range of personalities and customer types. 

Customer Service Representative Skills and Attributes: 

  • High School Diploma/GED required 
  • Associates/Bachelors is preferred 
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a business environment or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. 
  • Effective verbal/written communication skills in carrying out job duties with various departments and levels of management. 
  • Ability to handle both independent and group tasks. 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). 
  • Accurate data-entry skills. 
  • Basic mathematical skills including calculating percentages and discounts for customers.
