High school graduate or its equivalent. Performs general and grounds maintenance work for a large public housing agency. Skilled positions require two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in the skilled trades (i.e. Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC). Must possess a valid driver’s license.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Pay: $15.72/hr. to $20.07/hr.
