Call Center Coordinator, Tier 1 (Miami)

Outstanding customer service provided from the remote call center while managing multiple client queues. Additional responsibilities and opportunities are needed for administrative support to provide the best customer experience possible.

Requirements

  • Complete and manage inbound and outbound calls as assigned
  • Must be able to multitask while completing assigned calls
  • Monitoring the customer and employee schedule, including, but not limited to making updates and reviewing updates during the audit process
  • Updating any new hire census engagement details
  • Send tickets for additional outreach according to client guidelines
  • Utilize resources to provide information for employees that call in and also recording and managing outreach as needed
  • Maintain good communication and coordination with the rest of the team to ensure there are enough agents available on the phone at all times
  • Always maintain a professional remote work environment, devoid of distractions and noise.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google products or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Fluent Spanish bilingual speakers pay differential 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 5 pounds at a time.
