We are looking for eager new graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our ever-growing team, that want hands-on training and gain experience in a nursing supported group home setting. A very low and manageable ratio of 1:6 with low acuity. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients.

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
– Perform basic nursing procedures such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with wound care as needed
– Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and reactions to treatments
– Collecting specimens, patient activities, passing medications, reordering medications as needed, safeguard equipment and supplies
– Maintaining and ensuring that all documentation is completed before end of shift which includes but not limited to: incident reports, daily nursing notes, Med Sheets, etc.
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
– Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
– Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
– Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
– Giving comfort, grooming, hygiene needs and diet management
Requirements:
– Valid LPN license in Arizona
– 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
– Ability to accurately administer medications and injections
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
