Communication Specialist / Customer Service Advisor

Here are just some of the things we are looking for in our Customer Service Team Members:

We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of customer service experience in an office environment and who genuinely CARE and enjoy communicating, listening and servicing customers to help meet their needs. The primary job responsibilities include:

– Answering incoming phone calls to help diagnose our customers situation.

– Responding to both Emails and text communication to new and current customers.

– Multitasking through communication and scheduling for either our residential or commercial customers in our scheduling system.

– Communicating with our technicians regarding any appropriate follow up details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
