Human Resources Wellness Coordinator (West Palm Beach)

  • The Wellness Coordinator manages benefits administration and engages and educates employees on MorseLife Health System’s benefits and wellness programs. They are also responsible for coordinating all wellness related activities, communication and employee outreach to increase participation. This role is responsible for to perform the following duties:
    PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
    • Manages all activities related to the wellness program including overseeing all logistics and communications for events. Executes communication strategy for all wellness events.
            o Flyers / posters
            o Social media calendar
            o Propel employee spotlight
            o Monthly calendars
            o Manages all activities related to MorseLife Health System Safety Program by planning and implementing policies and program initiatives
            o Advises and leads employees on various safety-related topics
            o Prepare safety educational seminars and webinars
            o Review existing policies and procedures and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
    • Educates employees on Go365 and other wellness information through one-on-one meetings. Host Go365 labs and set appointments to orient newly eligible employees for Go365
    • Runs and compile reports as needed:
            o Go365 points
            o Roster
            o Silver status tracker
            o Benefit enrollment
    • Enters employee points in Engagement Source to award employees for participation in the wellness events
    • Assists with office operations as needed
    • All other duties as assigned
      SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
      May supervise others.
  • Requirements QUALIFICATIONS
    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Wellness, Business, Nutrition, Human Resources or related field; and/or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Summary WORKING HOURS:
    Working hours may vary, but generally 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
