Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses

The nurse position is responsible for assisting the staff physician, attending to injured students/clients and or staff, and monitoring the distribution of medication and the general well-being of the students. On-call for holidays, nights, and weekends is an integral component of this position. This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing. It is a full-time (40 hours per week) position, paid on a non-exempt basis. A part-time position can be established for this job description if staffing or student enrollment warrants this action. Many different shifts are available- Monday through Fridays, Tuesday through Saturdays, or Sundays through Thursdays, or as established by the Director of Nursing.
