Job Summary

The Reservation Booking Agent is a critical role within our team, responsible for handling all reservation-related transactions, including new bookings, changes, and cancellations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all reservation-related inquiries and transactions, including new bookings, changes, and cancellations.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing information about our services and offerings.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about our hotel and vacation rental offerings, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
  • Update customer records in the database as necessary.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
  • Participate in training and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Higher education or certification in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in reservation software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, handle stressful situations, and remain organized.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
