Stock Associate (Baton Rouge)

The Stock Associate at Benny’s is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store. This role involves handling various tasks, such as restocking merchandise, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store or facility, and assisting customers when needed

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and provide friendly and courteous service
• Cleans and stocks customer bathroom areas
• Wipes down gas pumps and maintain parking lot
• Sweeps and maintains store including taking out the trash, dusting shelving, cleaning windows, and mopping the store
• Receive and unload merchandise shipments
• Stocks and maintains merchandise on shelves and store cleanliness
• Bag and stock ice
• Ensure that all products are displayed neatly and with an attractive presentation
• Answers customer inquiries about various services
• Work closely with other team members, including customer care associates and managers, to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service
• Complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have or be able to obtain a Louisiana State and East Baton Rouge Parish liquor license
• Excellent customer service skills & ability to resolve customer concerns
• Integrity and honesty
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and merchandise
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
