Responsibilities :
As a Luxury Online Travel Agent – Independent Contractor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional customer service to exceed their expectations.
- Collaborating with clients to design bespoke itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, excursions, and other exclusive experiences.
- Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry partners to curate exceptional travel experiences.
- Providing meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the travel planning process, from initial inquiry through to post-trip follow-up.
- Actively seeking out new business opportunities and generating leads through networking, referrals, and other marketing initiatives.
- Managing your own schedule and workload, while maintaining clear communication with the Realvoice team and clients.
Requirements :
To be considered for the Luxury Online Travel Agent – Independent Contractor role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the travel or sales industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of luxury travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences, with a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-end clientele.
- Highly organized, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your own success.
- Proficiency in using industry-related software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
