Essential Job Functions:

1. Maintains proper operation and safe use of painting tools and equipment
   to ensure quality maintenance of NSU property.
2. Applies correct type of paints and coatings to ensure perfect match with
   existing surfaces.
3. Conducts proper preparation of surfaces to be painted to ensure quality
   workmanship.
4. Patches walls, caulking of dissimilar joints and areas of window, doors,
   trim, etc. to ensure consistency with surrounding areas is maintained.
5. Interfaces with customers, orders materials and schedules work orders to
   ensure customer needs are met.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
   SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
7. Available on call 24/7 for University emergencies.
8. Be able to work a flexible shift schedule, (day and/or evening); anytime
   between the hours of 8:00AM – 12:00PM.
