Grow With Us! The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships and service our P&C Clients.
This position will report to our agency located in Columbia City, IN. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Working with carrier underwriting to provide accurate quotes
- Following up with all new customers to set up accounts
- Servicing customer accounts, such as updating policies, executing cancellations, etc
- Creating personalized auto quotes if volume requires
- Using technology to communicate with customers
- Answering inbound questions
- Providing first-rate customer support
- Attend networking events, seminars, and other business development activities
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years as a successful producer
- Must be Licensed
- Must be comfortable using multiple carrier systems
- The ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Must be a personable, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized individual that is driven to achieve individual sales goals.
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
